Over the past 12 months, the timeshare and vacation ownership industry has experienced material changes. Major timeshare developers have implemented policies that restrict or prohibit third-party rental agencies from accessing their systems, primarily to retain control over internal inventory.
While timeshare owners maintain the legal right to use, rent, or sell their ownership interests at any time, these developer-imposed restrictions have limited the ability of third parties to directly access owner accounts. As a result, RentVaca is no longer able to provide full third-party account access or offer its prior end-to-end concierge rental services.
This change impacts the 2026 rental season and beyond, particularly for existing RentVaca clients.
RentVaca has adapted its business model accordingly. Although we no longer offer full account-level concierge rental management, we continue to acquire timeshare inventory in both points-based and week-based formats and provide rental solutions through a network of vetted third-party vendor partners.
Depending on ownership type and availability, these solutions may include upfront rental payment programs, access to multiple rental listing platforms, and optional self-service rental resources designed to help owners independently market and rent their timeshare interests.
All rental options are evaluated on a case-by-case basis following an analysis of the client’s specific ownership. RentVaca remains committed to transparency, compliance, and providing owners with practical rental alternatives under current industry conditions.

To begin the rental process, please complete all required fields below. Once submitted, our team will review your information and prepare a one-page annual rental agreement. If approved, this agreement will be emailed to you within five business days of submission approval.
Please note that additional information may be required for owners whose timeshare is affiliated with a major developer program. Certain developers have announced or implemented policies that may restrict rental activity depending on the terms of your ownership agreement.
After your submission has been reviewed, we will contact you with the next steps in the process and outline the rental options available based on your specific ownership.
