Payment Terms All payments for bookings, service fees, and other related transactions are processed securely through RentVaca.com or its authorized third-party payment providers. Refunds and Cancellations We understand that circumstances can change. Therefore, RentVaca offers a five (5) day refund window for eligible purchases under the following conditions: •A written request for cancellation and refund must be sent by email to support@rentvaca.com within five (5) calendar days of the original purchase date. •The email must include your full name, order or booking reference number, and the email address used for the transaction. •Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. After the five (5) day period, all sales are considered final, and no refunds will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, unused bookings, listing fees, or promotional services. 4. Non-Refundable Transactions Refunds are not available for: •Services or bookings fulfilled in whole or in part •Fees paid to third parties (e.g., payment processors, owners, or external vendors) •Promotional listings, upgrades, or marketing packages once activated 5. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual owners and displayed on each listing. RentVaca is not responsible for refunds unless expressly stated in a transaction confirmation. 7.
